Advent Services are back at Cornerstone Carmel, Fishers and Eagle Creek. This year’s overarching theme is “Tidings.”
Tidings: It’s a word we probably hear only during this season, and usually in two well-known Christmas Carols: “We Wish You a Merry Christmas” and “God Rest Ye Merry, Gentlemen”. “Tidings” is a good word, though—it reminds us that we carry a beautiful message of God’s salvation when we speak of Christmas. Christmas Tidings are the wonderful message that Jesus has come to save the world!
Wednesday’s Themes:
Dec. 3: “A Message for the World”
Dec. 10: “Comfort “
Dec. 17: “Joy”
