As Cornerstone Lutheran Church continues to grow across our Carmel, Fishers, Eagle Creek, Indy, and Warren sites, we want to be sure our communication is helping you stay connected to what God is doing in our church family.
That is why we’re inviting you to take a few minutes to complete our Communications Survey. It should take you about 10 minutes or less to complete. Your honest feedback will directly shape how we share announcements, events, and updates going forward — so every disciple, no matter which site they call home, feels informed, included, and connected. All responses are appreciated—anonymous responses are welcome, unless you’d like our team to follow up with you directly.
The survey covers things like:
- How you prefer to receive updates.
- What topics matter most to you (Worship Service Updates, Kids’ Ministry, Student Ministry, Community Opportunities, and more).
- Your thoughts on our social media and communication channels.
- Ideas for making first-time visitors feel welcome.
