Cornerstone Lutheran Church is seeking a full-time Middle School/Confirmation Coordinator. The coordinator’s primary focus will be to encourage ongoing spiritual growth in middle school students, developing and implementing a vibrant and effective ministry for those in fifth through eighth grade. In addition to considering called workers, the Call Committee is open to speaking with non-callable individuals, as well. Qualifications include working in a team environment, being flexible and organized, experienced in creating and maintaining strong relationships, a synodically-trained DCE or equivalent experience in working in youth ministry, and more.
