We are excited to share that Amy Bultemeier, our current Middle School and Confirmation Coordinator, will be transitioning to a new role at our Indy site, where she will help lead and manage ministry and community outreach efforts in Indianapolis.
The decision to transition Amy to Indy was made largely due to her background and passion for social work and inner-city youth. Our Indy site does some of the biggest community outreach efforts across all four sites, including Little Timmy Project; Tuesday night community dinners; Purdue Polytechnic students; and providing one of the only free Play Areas for children in the city.
During her time as Middle School and Confirmation Coordinator, Amy faithfully served our 5th–8th grade students, helping them grow in faith and maturity in Christ. She also oversaw confirmation and Sunday School for 5th – 8th graders, coordinated service projects, and worked alongside volunteers to create ministry and social events for CLC youth. The process to Call a new Middle School and Confirmation Coordinator is underway, and an update will be announced when available.
