Cornerstone Lutheran’s 12th Annual Oktoberfest!

Launder your lederhosen and dig out your dirndl! Cornerstone Lutheran Church’s 12th annual Oktoberfest is Friday, September 25, at our Carmel site! Enjoy delicious smoked pork and sauerkraut supper, fresh smoked brats, soft pretzels “as big as your head”, frankfurters, pizza, and our famous beer garden! Sing and dance to authentic polka music! And, don’t miss the kids’ activities: bounce houses, face painting, toddler games, and more! (This a rain or shine celebration!)

With more than 2,000 people in attendance at this annual event, we need you to help make this Oktoberfest a success! Whether you can help with setup, food service, games, cleanup, or welcoming guests, there’s a place for you.
Whether you attend primarily at Carmel, Fishers, Indy, or Eagle Creek, we would love to have you assist with the event! (All event volunteers will get 10 free tickets for each shift they serve.) Many shifts are just an hour or two, so you can volunteer AND enjoy the festivities! CLICK HERE and volunteer to help with ticket sales, the German supper, grill tent, or your favorite activity!

Desserts: One of the most talked-about parts of Oktoberfest is our DESSERT TABLE! Once again, we are asking our disciples to donate specific desserts to this awesome table of treats. Click here for the form and list of requested desserts.

Tickets are used to purchase food, drinks, and some children’s activities, and can be purchased online by CLICKING HERE. Tickets ordered online can be picked up at Will Call the night of the event. Tickets will also be available for purchase before/after worship at our Carmel & Fishers sites on September 6, 13, & 20, and at our Eagle Creek, Indy, and Warren sites on September 20.

ATTENTION ACTIVE and RESERVE MILITARY: In appreciation of your service, CLC’s Military Ministry would like to gift each military family with 30 tickets for Oktoberfest! Just present your Military ID at the presale ticket table at any site (see dates/locations, above), or at the ticket booth the day of the event.
