Men, Women, Young Adults, Older Adults
Cornerstone Lutheran Church is building God’s kingdom by reaching beyond ourselves to bring people into a caring community, and we want to encourage you to be part of that community. Whether it’s through worship, Bible study, a small group, a fellowship event, or a service project, we love to see people grow together in their relationship with Christ and with each other.
Women’s Ministry at Cornerstone exists to support, equip and empower women in their faith walk. Through Bible studies, special groups, and energizing events jut for them, women will grow in their faith walk as they build lasting friendships.
Join your sisters in Christ in a Bible study! You’ll grow, not only in your faith and knowledge of the Bible, but also in community with a great group of women. These studies meet weekly, unless otherwise indicated. Use the link below to see the full list of studies and how to register.
Remarkable things happen when moms come together face to face! At Cornerstone Lutheran we have been privileged to see this happen over and over for more than 20 years through our MOPS programs.
And now, MOPS is The Mom Community — MomCo for short.
MomCo is a non-profit organization that encourages and equips moms of young children to realize their potential as mothers, women and leaders, in relationship with Jesus and in partnership with the local church. So, whether you are a soon-to-be mom, first-time mom or seventh-time mom, you are welcome here. Whether you are an adoptive mom, young mom, seasoned mom, foster mom, stepmom or any other type of mom, you are welcome here!
Visit our MomCo page for more information!
This auxiliary organization in the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod strives to develop the spiritual gifts of women through fellowship, Christian growth, and mission service.
We sponsor many mission-minded projects and events, including collections (socks, baby items, food), quilt making, a cookie walk, care packages for college students, and more.
And, the first weekend of every month at the Carmel site the LWML places large Mite Boxes by the Sanctuary and Worship Center at our Carmel site to collect your spare change for mission work. Your change can make a real change!
Join with us as we make a difference in the world through the love of Jesus Christ!

Consignment for Missions: The LWML raises funds for missions through consignment sales. They accept women, men and teen gently used name brand clothing (Loft, Ann Taylor, North Face, Nike, Under Armor, Altar’d State, Gap, J Jill, Coldwater Creek, Macy’s, Eddie Bauer, American Eagle, Nordstrom’s, and other boutiques). Kids athletic clothing, boutique children’s clothing, and maternity wear are also needed. Home decor and small household furniture and art are highly sought after. Donations may be taken to the Carmel site and placed in the cabinet marked “Consignment Sales” across from room 100.
Eye Glasses: LWML collects old eye glasses to give to a missional eye care clinic overseas. Collection box is located in the Connection Center near the Carmel Sanctuary. Or, bring them to the Fishers or Indy sites, marked “for LWML”.
The Women’s Book Club meets on the first Tuesday of every month, from 7-9 PM, in room 101A at the Carmel site. Every month we’ll discuss a different book (not necessarily “Christian themed”). Join in any month for these lively book discussions! Contact Debbie Salefski or Nancy Mills for more information by emailing info@cornerstonelutheran.church.
Men’s Ministry at Cornerstone exists to equip men as they journey through their life, faith, and witness in Christ. Through Bible studies and special events like College Hoops Night or a Chili Cookoff, we encourage men to grow in their faith, become Godly men, and build authentic friendships with one another.
Our dynamic Young Adult Fellowship would love to have you be a part of our group! All young couples and singles in their 20s and 30s are invited to meet up for Bible study, dinners, outings, service, and more as we seek to grow in our walk with Christ and each other.
