Last week, 10 Cornerstone disciples took a week-long mission trip to El Salvador to build houses for the people living in the Apaneca community. They worked Monday through Friday, building homes (see 1st & 2nd photos, below).In addition, they were also able to learn more about the culture, meet the people of that community, and share gifts with them.
A special part of the trip happened Friday afternoon, when the team took part in the dedication of two houses for two families, who were overjoyed at the sight of their new homes (see 3rd & 4th photos, below). After dedicating the homes, the team gave out pizza, hygiene items, and toys to the entire community. Our team felt honored and privileged to give to the Alpaneca community and bring the love of Christ to them.
