This past weekend, more than 100 7th and 8th graders and adults participated in the Confirmation Retreat hosted at the Carmel site. For 24 hours, students competed in challenges (like cardboard box races and taste-testing baby food), traveled to downtown Fishers for an escape room and scavenger hunt (featuring Handel’s ice cream), and studied God’s Word anchored on the theme “You Belong”. By looking at 1 Peter 2:9-10, we learned that we are chosen by God for a purpose, and that as God’s people we are fully known and fully loved!
