Join MomCo for a self-defense event for women of all ages on Friday, March 13, from 5:30-8:30 p.m. This class features one hour of instruction and two hours of hands-on demonstrations and training led by a local female police officer and self-defense business owner. Please come dressed comfortably and ready to learn! This event is open to the community, so you are welcome to invite friends and neighbors. Proceeds support MomCo at Cornerstone Carmel.
