Over the last two weeks, Cornerstone has had the incredible opportunity to send mission teams to both Guatemala and El Salvador.
While in El Salvador, Cornerstone partnered with the Fuller Center for Housing to build a stable home for a partner family in Juayua, El Salvador. The team completed tasks like laying blocks, digging foundations, bending rebar, mixing concrete, installing interior drywall, and painting.

Our Guatemala mission trip is currently serving and will return later this week. While in Guatemala, we’ve partnered with CALMS (Central American Lutheran Mission) to take a group of college students to La Mahada, Zacapa. The team is helping with VBS at a local church, and also repairing the sacristy at the church in the village of El Trapiche.

We give thanks to all of the volunteers that made these mission trips possible, and continue to pray for the team in Guatemala completing their mission trip this week.
