On August 15-16, we begin our three-week series “Growing Up in Faith”, in conjunction with our Anxious Generation Parenting Series. In a world filled with screens, constant access, and unlimited reach we find ourselves seeking authenticity, freedom, and love. God’s Word offers the true source of these needs for each of us.
As we consider these truths found in scripture, we recognize that these are particularly needed for our students. Growing up in a phone-based society has had significant impact on our students, parents, and community. Whatever season of life you find yourself in, we all can grow together in our faith by turning to the lasting truths of God’s Word.
This weekend, August 22/23, we discover how true freedom doesn’t come from financial security, status, or having it all put together. True freedom comes when we rely on God and the promises revealed in His Word.
