Monthly Luncheon

December’s Senior Luncheon will be Monday, December 2, starting with lunch at noon in room 102. Then, join us for a very special Christmas program! The children from our Carmel Preschool will come and sing some Christmas songs for us. Then, starting about 1 PM, “Josh & Friends” will bless us with some great music!

Kick off the month of December with some of your favorite holiday standards with CLC musicians Josh Pedde and Jess Brandt, with special guest Erin Benedict. Josh and Jess are thrilled to have Erin join them. Erin is a local singer who has traveled the world performing from Italy to New York to the Sydney Opera House. She has recorded for Walt Disney, Dollywood, Sandi Patti, and national publishers. Currently she is Professor of Jazz Voice at Butler University and the University of Indianapolis, and a studio singer at Aire Born Studios and Round Table Recording Company. We hope you will join us for this special afternoon of fellowship and song! 

Can't make it for lunch? No problem! You're more than welcome to join us at 1 PM for the Christmas program!

For lunch this month, meats will be provided by the committee. Please bring a side dish or a dessert for our pitch-in meal. (Gloves will be available at the buffet line if you would like to use them.) Please come and enjoy a delicious meal, fellowship with your CLC peers, and join in the fun and merriment as we are ushered in to the beginning of the joyful Christmas season by “Josh & Friends”.  This is a great time to invite friends to join us for this festive occasion! Senior Euchre

EAGLE CREEK: Enjoy a couple hours of Euchre on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month, 1-3 PM, in the portable classroom located at the west end of the main building (next date: Nov. 20, Dec. 4 & 18). Contact Robert Lucke with questions. 

CARMEL: Senior Euchre meets in the Carmel Senior Lounge on the 2nd & 4th Wednesdays of the month, from 1-3 PM (next dates: Nov. 27 and Dec. 11 - the only December date). For more information, contact Verne Hanson or the church.

Saturday Senior Exercise

This class for senior men and women focuses on maintaining and increasing flexibility, balance, and coordination through light stretching and strength building. Join us Saturday mornings from 10-11 AM in Carmel gym. Enter through door 5. Contact Dee Webster or the church with questions.

INDY SENIOR LIVING SERIES - The Indy Senior Living Series provides monthly talks with experts on topics of interest for all adults over age 55, and is open to all. Here is information on the next talk:
