December Sermon Series: Prepare for Peace

PREPARE! Usually this brings a sense of foreboding. It often indicates that the road ahead is going to be rough. Maybe the preparation is even for war. As the people of God we are preparing. Not for war (unless it’s against the work of the devil) but for peace. We are preparing our hearts, our lives, our homes, for the coming of the Prince of Peace. The Advent season is a preparation for peace. Where can you be a person of peace? How can you allow the peace of Jesus to shine forth from you? God is delivering peace to the world with the birth of Jesus!
