We are excited to try something new this summer for our students during the education hour! Known as Summer Jam, this Sunday School time for Pre K through 7th graders will be an energetic, hands-on experience where kids will explore classic Bible stories while building friendships and community together. Summer Jam runs now through July 26. Students will meet each Sunday in the Worship Center at 9:45 a.m.
Summer Jam will have a fun VBS-style format each week, including:
- Music and worship
- A main Bible lesson
- Small group activities and discussion
- Games and interactive learning
Our regular Sunday School teachers, along with some of our high school youth, will serve as small group leaders for mixed-age groups of students.
How Does Drop-Off & Pick-Up Work?
Like we usually do, parents of Pre K–4th grade students will continue to use the iPad kiosks to check in each Sunday. After receiving their name tag, students will be brought to the Worship Center where they will be assigned to a color group and sit with their group leaders. Parents can pick up students from the Worship Center at 10:30 a.m.
But What About for the Adults?
Adults will still have the opportunity to gather together for Bible study as usual, discussing some of the greatest hits in Scripture, meeting at:
- Carmel: Gym
- Fishers: Play Area
