Saturday Exercise
This class for senior men and women focuses on maintaining and increasing flexibility, balance, and coordination through light stretching and strength building. Join us Saturday mornings from 10-11 a.m. in the Carmel gym. Enter through Door 5. Contact Dee Webster or the church with questions.
September’s Monthly Luncheon
Join us for September’s Senior Luncheon on Monday, September 8, at noon, at our Carmel site, room 102. (We’re meeting on the second Monday of the month, due to Labor Day being on the first Monday.) Our program for the day will be a presentation about the services provided by Lutheran Child and Family Services (LCFS). LCFS is a nonprofit organization serving children, youth, and families across Indiana. Morgan Jones, Kathy Witto (CLC disciple), and Jenny Okamoto will be sharing information about the various services LCFS provides.
Please bring something to share for our pitch-in luncheon and enjoy a delicious meal, fellowship with your CLC peers, and time to learn about the many services provided by LCFS.
