June Senior Luncheon
June’s Senior Luncheon will meet Monday, June 1. The program for the day will be presented by Dr. Randy Schroeder. Randy is a Cornerstone disciple and will share information with us on why “asking for help is a sign of strength”. As we age, we are often reluctant to ask for help. Randy will help us understand and recognize when it is important and best that we ask for help.
We will meet at noon in Room 102. Please bring something to share for our pitch-in luncheon. Please come and enjoy a delicious meal, time with your Cornerstone peers, and learn about when and why it is okay to ask for help. For more information, contact Hans Braun or Verne Hanson.

This class for senior men and women focuses on maintaining and increasing flexibility, balance, and coordination through light stretching and strength building.
