This class for senior men and women focuses on maintaining and increasing flexibility, balance, and coordination through light stretching and strength building. Senior Lunch News
We are taking a break and will not have an August Senior Lunch. But mark your calendar for our September lunch on Monday, September 14, beginning at noon. Our guest speaker will be Pastor Scott Giger, fresh off his sabbatical! He will share with us his summer travel adventures with his family and what he learned and observed during this time of refreshment.
