If you’re raising a child or teenager, you know today’s world presents challenges that previous generations never faced—anxiety, technology, social media, and more. On Sunday, August 9, CLC is kicking off a 4-week parent series inspired by the book The Anxious Generation by Jonathan Haidt.
Parents and grandparents are invited to the Carmel Worship Center for a special talk with guest speaker Heidi Goehmann, a licensed clinical social worker, mental health provider, author, and theological thinker. Bring the whole family—students entering 5th-12th grade will have their own engaging programming, and childcare will be provided for this first session.
