Middle School/Confirmation Coordinator (full-time)

This person’s primary focus will be to encourage ongoing spiritual growth in middle school students and develop and implement vibrant and effective ministry for those in fifth through eighth grade. MIDDLE SCHOOL/CONFIRMATION COORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Worship Director (full-time)

This person will be responsible for directing worship across all sites and leading the Worship staff. Responsibilities include overseeing the planning of meaningful liturgical worship expressed in a variety of styles, scheduling worship leaders, assisting in worship as needed, and being a positive voice for the mission and ministry of Cornerstone. Qualifications include five years of experience in church instrumental directing and training in the theology of Lutheran worship.

WORSHIP DIRECTOR JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Contemporary Worship Coordinator & Ministry Assistant, Fishers (full-time)

This person will be responsible for planning and leading meaningful contemporary worship, recruiting and training musicians, coordinating AVL, assisting with events and general ministry at the Fishers site, and teach Bible classes as needed. Qualifications include 3-5 years of experience in church instrumental directing and training in the theology of Lutheran worship.

Lead Teacher, Cornerstone Preschool (part-time)

Cornerstone Lutheran Preschools is seeking a part-time lead teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. This is a terrific opportunity for individuals who enjoy nurturing children, partnering with families, and building relationships with their coworkers in a Christ-centered environment. Early Childhood experience or willingness to obtain CDA (Child Development Associate) Credential is preferred. Training is provided for all staff members.
