Oktoberfest: Volunteers, Donations, Tickets!
You can make an impact at Oktoberfest!
Volunteer for this year's Oktoberfest, happening at CLC Carmel on Friday, September 27, from 4-10 PM. Be a part of this amazing event for both the church and community! Nearly 2,000 people from the community come to our Oktoberfest, and you can help make this year’s the best ever by signing up to volunteer.
There are lots of ways to help, and many shifts are just an hour or two, so you can volunteer AND enjoy the festivities! CLICK HERE now and volunteer for your favorite activity!
PLEASE NOTE: Once you've clicked on the link, look at the tabs at the top of the page and choose from Setup/Decorations, Ticket Sales, Food Prep & Service, Guest Services, or Kids Area. Donations needed!
BEVERAGES: If you would like to help by supplying the event with drinks, please donate only the brand and size listed, for consistency. Drop them off at any site!
- 12 oz. cans of Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Barq's Root Beet
- 16 oz bottles of Ice Mountain Water
DESSERTS: Do you love to bake? We can use your expertise to help provide the event with homemade desserts for our Bavarian dessert tables! CLICK HERE and choose from a list of needed desserts.

Tickets are used to purchase food, drinks, and some children’s activities at the event. Early Bird ticket sales go through September 22--you'll receive one bonus ticket for every 10 tickets purchased! Tickets are available for purchase through the link, above; at the event; and on Sundays at our CLC sites. On site sale dates/locations are:
- Sept. 15: Carmel & Fishers
- Sept. 22: Carmel, Fishers, Eagle Creek, and Indy
Tickets purchased online can be picked up at Will Call the night of the event. Keep your email receipt to collect your tickets.
ATTENTION ACTIVE and RESERVE MILITARY: In appreciation of your service, CLC’s Military Ministry would like to gift each military family with 30 tickets for Oktoberfest! Just present your Military ID at the presale ticket table at any site (see dates/locations, above), or at the ticket booth the day of the event.
