Tuition Payments: Tuition payments will be collected through the Brightwheel app. Monthly tuition payments will be collected August-May. An invoice will be sent on the 10th of each month. Payments will be collected on the 15th of each month beginning August 15.
Double Session Payments: For children enrolled in more than one session, you would add the cost of both sessions for the total tuition. For example, a child enrolled in both the 3’s M/W/F and T/Th class would pay $250 + 330 = $580 per month.
Extended Care: Before & After Care tuition will be added to the cost of the preschool tuition. For example, a child enrolled in the 3’s M/W/F and Before & After Care would be $330 + $165 = $495 per month. Occasional use charges will be invoiced with the next month’s payment.
Registration Fee ($125): The registration fee is assessed per child, not class option. For example, a child registering for the 2’s M/W/F and the 2’s T/Th class would pay a registration fee of $125. The registration fee is collected upon submission of our online registration form.
