Small Groups and Leader Training
Cornerstone values Small Groups because they are a great way to make disciples and create connections. This goes right along with what we’ve been talking about in the Red Letter Being Challenge. If you’re ready to be in a Small Group at Cornerstone, we’d love to help equip you in that process!
Here’s a few quick details on Small Groups at CLC:
- Small Groups are typically comprised of 4-6 households.
- They meet monthly to grow in study of the word, faith conversations, and community together.
- CLC will resource and train one of your group members to lead; you just let us know who you’d like to grow in faith with.
Watch this short video from Pastor Kevin about Small Groups:
Are you interested in leading a Small Group? Or maybe you have a group of people ready to gather as a Small Group, and one of them is willing to be the leader? We are ready to train Small Group leaders! We are hosting Small Group Leader Training at each of our sites in the next couple months:
- At Fishers: Thursday, February 27, 7 PM
- At Indy: Sunday, March 2, 12 PM
- At Carmel: Thursday, March 6, 7 PM
- At Eagle Creek: Sunday, March 30, 12 PM
At this training we will share food and talk through ways to lead your group in study, discussion, and community. We will also share how we can stay connected with your group to continue to encourage you all in your life of faith together. CLICK HERE to register for any of these trainings.
Already in a Small Group?
As part of our launch of Small Groups, we want to make sure that we stay connected with all our groups. We recognize that some of you have already formed your community. That’s great! We would love to make sure we have your group created in Church Center. This will help us encourage you and communicate with you as we walk together in faith as a church. If this is you, please email us at and let us know who’s in your group.
